1.Introduction

Thank you for choosing Spotless Detailing, one of Scotland’s up-and-coming leading mobile valeting and detailing companies. We have dedicated significant effort to achieve our growing reputation, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we kindly request that you respect our policies, terms of business, and staff. In return, we guarantee to deliver as promised.

2. Cancellations and Resecheduling

Spotless Detailing cannot control traffic conditions. If we need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you within 14 days of the original booking.

3. Additional Charges

Heavily Soiled Interiors: If your vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply. We advise sending a few select pictures of the affected areas before booking so we can provide a fair estimate. If this is not done, the final price will be negotiated on the day before any work begins.

4.Payment and legal action

An invoice will be sent to the address and email provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the invoice may result in legal action. Missed bookings equate to missed wages, and we will not incur losses in time or payment under any circumstances.

5. Acceptance of terms

By making a booking with Spotless Detailing, you agree to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Any bookings affected by issues described above may result in full booking charges being applicable.
